Welcome to our e-store! We would like to inform you that the prices at our store are not set in stone! If you wish to make a purchase but the only obstacle is price, please come visit us at our store or call and we will try to find a compromise between your needs and our options!

At this section we will provide information about the shopping process and delivery. We have simplified the shopping process for your convenience.

Step 1 – Shopping

  • Select the desired item;

  • Enter the desired number of items;

  • Press the button “Add to cart”;

On the bottom left corner your shopping cart with the desired item, number of items and total price will appear. If you wish to remove an item from the shopping basket, simply press the red cross.

Once you have chosen products for purchase, click on the “order”. The shopping basket will appear with selected items and total amount. The next step is to fill in the form under the shopping basket. With “*” marked columns are required. When you have completed the form, click on the “order”.

As soon as we will receive your order by e-mail, our staff will contact you and clarify your purchase, the delivery time and place.

 

Step 2 – Payment Order

Payments may be made in cash upon receipt of goods at home (only for deliveries in Riga), or you may make your purchase at our store in person, or by bank transfer – we will send you an invoice to your e-mail address. Once the bill is paid, the order will be delivered to the specified address either at the same day or withing 2 days (depending on the address).

 

Step 3 – Delivery of Goods

The most common cause of problems that arise when dealing with technique, is operating it wrongly. To prevent this from happening with the item you have purchased, after delivering it to you we can also install and then try out the technique together with you to show and inform you about the proper use and care to make your technique last longer.

The cost of delivery depends on the value of the product and the place of delivery. If the amount of the purchase does not exceed 1000 €, the delivery cost in Riga is 10 €. For deliveries outside Riga we usually use courier service and the price depends on delivery address and weight of the goods.

Delivery time: If the item is in stock – we will deliver it within the next few days after ordering. If the item is not available in stock, it can be ordered.
